I work at the intersection of software engineering, business operations and AI automation. For 12+ years I have built systems that connect sales, procurement, warehouse, documents, finance, communication and management analytics.
Architecture is my core skill. I get into the business process, find the bottlenecks and design the whole system: business applications, integrations, the data model, access rights and infrastructure. Then I take it all the way to the users and make it work in daily operations.
I build complex systems from scratch around the processes of a specific business. For example, a quality control platform for a large construction business: a web app and an offline app for inspectors on sites without internet access, with roles and access control, contractor data isolation, an audit trail and documents in the client's own forms.
A broad technical outlook helps me fit the technology to the problem, not the other way round: sometimes the answer is an AI agent with access to CRM and ERP, RAG over internal handbooks or call quality control; sometimes it is data extraction from messy sources, offline sync or a careful server migration. For me technology is a means to a business goal.
I am useful when the problem is not a single screen or script, but the operating system around the business.
